Our 140,000 sq ft manufacturing and assembly facility is fully ISO9002 certified and includes:

  • A Fully integrated design system which is directly linked to Laser Shop
  • 4Kwatt laser with capability to cut 15mm SS and 25mm mild steel
  • 250 tonne CNC Brake press for fully automated forming
  • Manual and automated mechanical polishing
  • Complete welding and fabrication
  • In house Electro polishing facility which increases corrosion resistance of steel and ensures a smoother finished surface
